Last week on my review class we have been discussing about the different disorders associated with the endocrine glands and our reviewer just happened to show us this picture of a guy holding a girl contrary to what we believed to be a doll. Yes, that is a girl with his father. At first I didn't believed the picture until I went home and surf the net and with my curiosity found out about this young girl. I have heard and seen so many pictures of little people but her case just got my interest.

So I made this blog entry, the real- life Thumbelina, to the intent to inform the viewers of this little girl's existence is trully a gift from God and anyone who says different isn't worth listening to.  

The Littlest Angel On Earth

Kenadie Jourdin-Bromley was born on Feb.13, 2003 and weighed just 2 lbs, 8 ounces. Young Kenadie was not expected to survive long but years later she is still with us.

At the age of 8 months, Kenadie was diagnosed with primordial dwarfism, a genetic condition that is believed to affect only about 100 people in the world.

She isn’t expected to grow past about 30 inches or weigh more than 8 pounds. Her family maintains an enchanting website filled with photos and Kenadie updates. The site can be viewed here.

It is believed that Caroline Crachami, the Sicilian Fairy, was the first documented primordial dwarf. She toured Europe in 1824 and passed away that same year.

Last Sunday afternoon while going home I just found out about The Tales of Beetle the Bard by JK Rowling while @ NBS. Everyone knows of it from Harry Potter 7. First time kong nakita yon gusto ko na talagang bumili agad. Kung may pera lang sana ako nung araw na yon eh! A few months ago, JK Rowling had auctioned the only three original copies for millions of dollars witch she gave to a charity. Starting price starts @ £62,000! Just imagine that! Now, The Tales of Beetle the Bard are coming into stores last December ’08 and I can't wait to read it. It has been a year and a half since I haven’t heard anything about JKR books after her final installment of Hallows and seeing the cover even holding the copy to myself (um um eventhough the copy is somewhat like 100 pages lang yata) gave me all the excitement again to be back @ Harry’s world!

Matinding ipon talaga muna ako ngayon! Haha! ^^,

Think about it. This thing on it's hind legs could walk up to the average single story house and could look on the roof at eye level.

Comments: Circulating constantly in one form or another since November 2001, this forwarded email tale seems to grow taller by the year. It has been established that at least two of the accompanying snapshots -- the ones showing a hunter posing beside the carcass of an incredibly large Alaskan brown bear -- are authentic. We know where and when they were taken, and by whom. The origin of the third photo purporting to show the remains of the behemoth's "last victim" is unknown. It was appended to the already-circulating email in late 2002 and doesn't appear to have been taken at the same time as the others.

Not quite a world record

In real life, the big grizzly in the first two photographs measured 10' 6" from nose to tail and weighed an estimated 1,000 to 1,200 pounds - unusually large for the vicinity in which it was found, says the USDA Forest Service, but not quite a world record, nor even a record for Alaska. It was killed on October 14, 2001 by U.S. Air Force Airman Theodore Winnen on Hinchinbrook Island, Prince William Sound. The photos were taken by his hunting partner, Staff Sgt. James Urban. Both were stationed at Eielson Air Force Base near Fairbanks at the time.

Though the bear was within 10 yards of the hunters' position and moving towards them when he fired the first shot, Winnen says, it did not charge them, contrary to what the email claims. "I don't know if the wind was in our favor or what," he told the Anchorage Daily News. "We were dressed in camouflage. He might not have seen us." Winnen's weapon was a 338-caliber Winchester Magnum, not a 7mm semi-automatic as alleged. The first bullet pierced the bear's brain but left it standing; five more in the chest brought it down.

No man-eater, says Forest Service

Was the bear a man-eater, as claimed in the email? No, says the Forest Service, there is no evidence of that. When asked by the Anchorage Daily News to comment on the horrific final image of what appears to be a partially-eaten human victim, Forest Service spokesman Ray Massey admitted he hadn't even looked at it. "I didn't want to see a photo of the body," he said. "I know it's bogus."

You probably got a message from one of your friend saying you'd been filmed and there's a web link that you tried opening but can't get through. Well, by doing that you're not only posting an automatic message to some of your friends but risking your computer for potential virus too....

So be aware of this messages and try to ignore or delete them. They say that the people who's doing this are from the Canafa and their mimicking Youtube's URL web page.

Right now their posting automatic comments with the video of a sexy girl and if you tried opening it you'll post the exact same comment to some of your random friends...

In addition, if you receive a comment and/or message that has a video with a link that takes you to what looks like a friendster log-in page delete the comment and do not use the log-in link.

Someone has phished the account it came from and is trying to phish yours.
Using the log-in link will give them your log-in info and access to your account to do whatever they want.

To help prevent this. I'm asking everyone to repost this bullettin or send this message to all of your friends. With this we can have a much more better friendster experience.

There were once three brothers who were traveling along a lonely, winding road at twilight. In time, the brothers reached a river too deep to wade through and too dangerous to swim across. However, these brothers were learned in the magical arts, and so they simply waved their wands and made a bridge appear across the treacherous water. They were halfway across it when they found their path blocked by a hooded figure.

And Death spoke to them. He was angry that he had been cheated out of three new victims, for travelers usually drowned in the river. But Death was cunning. He pretended to congratulate the three brothers upon their magic, and said that each had earned a prize for having been clever enough to evade him.

So the oldest brother, who was a combative man, asked for a wand more powerful than any in existence: a wand that must always win duels for its owner, a wand worthy of a wizard who had conquered Death! So Death crossed to an elder tree on the banks of the river, fashioned a wand from a branch that hung there, and gave it to the oldest brother.

Then the second brother, who was an arrogant man, decided that he wanted to humiliate Death still further, and asked for the power to recall others from Death. So Death picked up a stone from the riverbank and gave it to the second brother, and told him that the stone would have the power to bring back the dead.

And then Death asked the third and youngest brother what he would like. The youngest brother was the humblest and also the wisest of the bothers, and he did not trust Death. So he asked for something that would enable him to go forth from that place without being followed by Death. And Death, most unwillingly, handed over his own Cloak of Invisibility.

Then death stood aside and allowed the three brothers to continue on their way, and they did so, talking with wonder of the adventure they had had, and admiring Death’s gifts.

In due course the brothers separated, each for his own destination.

The first brother traveled on for a week or more, and reaching a distant village, sought out a fellow wizard with whom he had a quarrel. Naturally, with the Elder Wand as his weapon, he could not fail to win the duel that followed. Leaving his enemy dead upon the floor, the oldest brother proceeded to an inn, where he boasted loudly of the powerful wand he had snatched from Death himself, and of how it made him invincible.

That very night, another wizard crept upon the oldest brother as he lay, wine-sodden, upon his bed. The thief took the wand and, for good measure, slit the oldest brother’s throat.

And so Death took the first brother for his own.

Meanwhile, the second brother journeyed to his own home, where he lived alone. Here he took out the stone that had the power to recall the dead, and turned it thrice in his hand. To his amazement and his delight, the figure of the girl he had once hoped to marry, before her untimely death, appeared at once before him.

Yet she was sad and cold, separated from him as by a veil. Though she had returned to the mortal world, she did not truly belong there and suffered. Finally the second brother, driven mad with hopeless longing, killed himself so as truly to join her.

And so Death took the second brother for his own.

But though Death searched for the third brother for many years, he was never able to find him. It was only when he had attained a great age that the youngest brother finally took off the Cloak of Invisibility and gave it to his son. And he greeted Death as an old friend, and went with him gladly, and, equals, they departed this life.
